Brick Wall

As with any project there are UPS and DOWNS. Currently we are in a down, the mortgage company pooped all over the project on Thursday and Friday I tried reaching a new construction loan lender, really hard with my schedule but I finally did reach one and then we were unable to continue our conversation as the phone kept ringing. Hoping Monday is a better day, one way or another I will have the conversation that I need to have with him.

Moving Onward

As you may or may not have heard we are moving on to the next step in our lives... buying land and building a new home.

We have share with some of you and as we have made the first step and met with the land owner to agree on the land price. 
On Saturday we met with the consultant for the home builder and finalized the home details. 
Today we are trying to reach the septic design guy, who hopefully will also be the city permit guy for us.
There are lots of steps along the way that we have to be on top of as this project moves forward. I will get pictures as we are trying to document this from start to finish.
